Part Time Administration Assistant

We are recruiting Immediately for an enthusiastic, passionate administrative assistant role to join our team at the Solihull Branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Facing / Meet & Greet / Reception
  • Invoicing input & output
  • Follow up Inbound Leads to achieve appointments & meet targets
  • Chasing Payments & Collections of Vehicles
  • Answering & Dealing with Phone calls
  • Booking & confirming appointments & maintaining diaries

Package:

  • £10 per hour – 30 Hours per week over 4 days

Car Buyer

Sell Your Car 2 Jack are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated car buyer to join our expanding team.

As the face and voice of our business, you must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to negotiate with ease on the phone and in person. You must offer outstanding customer service, and be confident in your knowledge and experience and enjoy working towards targets that give you the opportunity to earn more.

You will be based in our head office in Solihull, however we also cover the West Midlands. Your role will consist of converting leads generated by our website into purchases and initiating new business opportunities. Your job will involve lead nurturing, negotiating, car inspections (both virtually and in person), car buying and car disposal.

Motor trade knowledge and experience is preferred, however this can be trained to the right candidate.

Package:

  • Basic Salary: £25,000
  • Commission: OTE: £30,000 – £40,000
  • Bank Holidays off
  • Every Sunday off
  • Bi-Weekly day off in the week
  • Monthly staff outing / team building activity
  • Collective team commission earnings (earn whilst your not at work – holidays/days off etc)

Sales and Purchasing Executive (Telesales)

Sell Your Car 2 Jack are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated sales people to join our expanding team.

As the voice of our business and first point of call for our customers, you will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be able to educate, persuade and negotiate deals over the phone.

You will be based in our head office in Solihull. Your role will consist of converting leads generated by our website into purchases and initiate new business opportunities. Your job will involve lead nurturing which includes calling at specific times.

Motor trade knowledge and experience is preferred, however this can be trained to the right candidate.

Package:

  • Basic Salary: £16,000 – £20,000 (Depending On Experience)
  • Commission: £10,000 – £12,000
  • Bank Holidays off
  • Every Sunday off
  • Bi-Weekly day off in the week
  • Monthly staff outing / team building activity
  • Collective team commission earnings (earn whilst your not at work – holidays/days off etc)

Marketing & Digital Media Executive

We are on the lookout for a hard working, motivated and passionate Marketing & Digital Media Executive to join our expanding team.

Basic motor trade knowledge is ideal, however this can be trained to the right candidate.

You will be in charge of marketing and complete digital media for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing strategies to increase volume of leads and traffic to the website
  • Tracking conversion rates and reporting on different marketing channels.
  • Developing and managing marketing campaigns both online and offline
  • Utilising a range of digital techniques including: social media, organic SEO, PPC
  • Raising brand awareness, both locally and nationally inline with our expansion plans
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Implementation of new technologies to help keep Sell Your Car 2 Jack at the forefront of digital marketing

Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years experience managing SEO, PPC
  • Experience in social media and audience interaction plus have the ability to create and implement new campaigns
  • Previous marketing experience

Hours

Mon to Fri: 9am – 5:30pm

Salary & Package

  • Basic Salary: £24,000 (Depending On Experience)
  • Commission: TBC
  • Bank holidays off
  • Every weekend off
  • Monthly staff outing / team building activity
